Custom Workstations AH

Having a marking workstation designed and built to meet your requirements can provide huge advantages to your production process. Our bespoke workstations can be built using any marking technology (dot peen, laser, scribe, electro-chemical etching) and provide you with a fit for purpose, semi-automated marking solution that fits in with the rest of your processes

Taking one of our standard marking machine and building a workstation around it, is a great way of adding value to your marking process.

We have extensive experience of delivering solutions around all marking technologies and for handling a huge range of parts from all manufacturing industries.

Why not contact us to discuss ways we can improve your marking processes, by; introducing an additional axis to cover a wider range of parts, increase throughput using driven XY tables or introducing an indexing turntable, improve safety by introducing enclosures and safety devices around the marker, or even consider building in some component inspection to make the marking process a quality assurance step in your production.

We regularly integrate safety enclosures, light curtains and sound deadening into our workstations; with the aim of maximising operator safety.

These devices are particularly useful on our custom solutions, where there is an element of automation and integration of an external device, such as a robot or automated axes or turntable.

“Our bespoke workstations can have a huge impact on a customers process. For example, introducing a large, indexing XY table into a laser enclosure changes the operation from a ‘one in-one out’ operation to a batch process capable of marking hundreds of parts in one cycle.”
